Lyouni Khalifeh

Mental Health Counselor - Limited Permit

Lyouni is a Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) who provides trauma-informed therapy to adults. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. She is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

Her approach is collaborative, curious, and insight-oriented. She believes meaningful change begins with self-awareness and helps clients explore recurring patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Drawing from psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral approaches, she works alongside clients to understand how past experiences, family dynamics, attachment patterns, and cultural influences continue to shape their present lives.

Lyouni also utilizes Brainspotting to support emotional processing and healing. She enjoys working with clients who are motivated to explore the deeper patterns influencing their lives and are seeking greater understanding of themselves and their relationships.
