She is the founder of House of Wellness Mental Health Counseling, PLLC and provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy to children, adolescents, teens, college-aged adults, and adults across New York and New Jersey through telehealth services.

    Tuba is also a school counselor and specializes in supporting youth, young adults, high-stress professionals, and immigrant communities navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, and academic, professional, or social stress. She has extensive experience working with diverse and immigrant populations, helping clients navigate cultural identity, family dynamics, acculturation stress, and intergenerational challenges.   • Annie Huryk is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) at House of Wellness Mental Health Counseling, PLLC who provides compassionate, trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors across New York through telehealth services. She specializes in art therapy, helping clients express emotions, thoughts, and experiences when words feel difficult or insufficient — no artistic skill is required.

    Annie believes everyone has an innate capacity for creativity and that engaging in the creative process supports emotional awareness, healing, and personal growth. Her approach is humanistic and client-centered, integrating art therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and somatic-informed, mind-body techniques to support emotional regulation and nervous system balance while honoring each client’s unique story and lived experience.

  • Rachel is a graduate student in the Mental Health Counseling program at CUNY Brooklyn College and provides compassionate, client-centered therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults across New York through telehealth services at House of Wellness Mental Health Counseling, PLLC. She offers an affirming and supportive space for LGBTQ+ individuals and clients navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and identity exploration.

    Rachel understands how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel, especially during periods of change or uncertainty. She works collaboratively with clients to build coping skills, increase emotional awareness, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Her approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that each person is the expert in their own journey.
