Frequently Asked Questions

  • At this time, all sessions are offered virtually via secure telehealth platforms. This allows for greater flexibility and accessibility. We plan to begin offering in-person sessions starting Summer 2026 — stay tuned for updates!

  • Therapy is a clinical service provided by a licensed mental health professional. It focuses on emotional healing, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief.
Coaching is future-focused and non-clinical. It supports clients who are emotionally stable and ready to work on personal growth, goal-setting, or navigating transitions — without diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

If you’re unsure which is right for you, we’re happy to help you decide during a consultation.

However, we can provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
