Therapy is a clinical service provided by a licensed mental health professional. It focuses on emotional healing, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief.
Coaching is future-focused and non-clinical. It supports clients who are emotionally stable and ready to work on personal growth, goal-setting, or navigating transitions — without diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.If you’re unsure which is right for you, we’re happy to help you decide during a consultation.

At this time, we are in network with Aetna and United Healthcare. However, we can provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We are working on credentialing with additional insurance panels. Please reach out to see if your insurance is next on our list!
