Therapy is a clinical service provided by a licensed mental health professional. It focuses on emotional healing, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief.
Coaching is future-focused and non-clinical. It supports clients who are emotionally stable and ready to work on personal growth, goal-setting, or navigating transitions — without diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If you’re unsure which is right for you, we’re happy to help you decide during a consultation.
