Therapy Services

Individual Therapy or Counseling

Individual Therapy

$150

Whether you're coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, individual therapy offers a one-on-one space to reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll explore your inner world, build practical coping tools, and support you in finding clarity, healing, and growth.

Couples Therapy

$200

Relationships are complex — they hold our deepest connections and our biggest challenges. Couples therapy is a space to improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, or simply understand each other more deeply. We work collaboratively to help you strengthen your relationship, whether you're dating, partnered, or married.

Family Therapy

$220

Family dynamics can be layered and emotional. In family therapy, we explore patterns, improve communication, and create a space where each voice can be heard. Whether your family is facing a specific challenge or seeking greater harmony, this work is about healing together, not just as individuals — but as a whole system.

Coaching Services

  • Self-development coaching is for individuals who are ready to grow — not because something is “wrong,” but because you’re ready for more. More clarity. More confidence. More alignment with who you are and what you want from life.

Whether you're navigating a transition, setting personal goals, working through limiting beliefs, or simply feeling called to level up, coaching offers a supportive, structured space to help you move forward with intention.

Together, we’ll explore your values, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and create an actionable plan that reflects your vision — not just for success, but for fulfillment. Unlike therapy, coaching doesn’t focus on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. It’s about empowering you in the here and now to take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and design a life that feels more you — we’re here to guide you.

  • Relationship coaching is for individuals or couples who want to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and grow together — without necessarily needing therapy. It’s a future-focused, goal-oriented process designed to help you build healthier patterns, navigate transitions, and deepen mutual understanding.

Whether you’re dating, partnered, or simply seeking clarity around your relationship dynamics, coaching can help you:

    Communicate more openly and effectively

    Rebuild emotional closeness

    Set shared goals and boundaries

Navigate challenges without judgment or blame

Show up more fully — for yourself and your partner

Unlike therapy, relationship coaching is not clinical and does not treat mental health conditions. It’s about creating practical strategies for connection, accountability, and growth in the present and future. Coaching works best when both partners are emotionally stable and ready to actively engage in change.

If you're ready to move forward — not just get unstuck, but grow stronger together — coaching may be the right fit.

Anger is a natural emotion — but when it feels out of control, misdirected, or overwhelming, it can affect your relationships, self-image, and overall well-being. Our Anger Management Group Therapy is a supportive space to explore anger without shame and learn healthier ways to respond, not just react.

    In this group, participants will:

In the rush of everyday life, it’s easy to become disconnected — from your body, your breath, your emotions, and even yourself. This Mindfulness Group for Adults offers a dedicated space to slow down, reconnect, and learn evidence-based techniques to manage stress, improve focus, and build emotional resilience.

Through guided practice and supportive discussion, participants will learn how to:

Stay present and grounded in daily life

Navigate difficult thoughts and emotions with greater ease

Interrupt reactive patterns and reduce emotional overwhelm

    Develop self-awareness and self-compassion

Use breathwork and mindfulness tools to respond—not react—to life’s challenges

    Guided meditations and grounding exercises

Psychoeducation on mindfulness and the nervous system

Group sharing and reflection (optional, never forced)

Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this group offers a safe, welcoming environment to reconnect with yourself and build tools you can use long after each session ends.
