  • Tuba is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with diagnostic privilege and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She holds her CASAC-T certification to work with individuals struggling with substance use. She has dedicated her career to supporting children, adolescents, and adults in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities with a compassionate, client-centered perspective.

    Tuba specialize’s in trauma work using Trauma Processing through Brainspotting, a powerful and attuned method that helps clients access and release unresolved emotional experiences stored in the body. In addition to individual therapy. She hosts transformative group experiences that promote emotional regulation, connection, and personal growth, fostering a community of healing that moves beyond the traditional therapy space. She is licensed to practic in NY and NJ.

  • Annie is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) with training and experience in Mental Health Counseling. She believe’s everyone’s story is essential and wants to work together to build her clients up to reach their fullest self. She has worked across each life stage and has extensive experience working with those going through or having gone through trauma, addiction, and loss.

Rachel Scheer

  • Rachel is a graduate student in the Mental Health Counseling program at CUNY Brooklyn College. She offers compassionate and supportive therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, and also provides an affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals. Life can be challenging to navigate, and she knows how easy it is to feel overwhelmed by things that are out of our control. Rachel is here to guide individuals through periods of transition, identity exploration, and life’s many challenges.

    She aims to help her clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and reach their personal goals. Her work involves a trauma-informed and client-centered approach, and she believes that every person is the expert in their own journey. Saffale Begum

  • Saffale is a graduate student in the Mental Health Counseling program at Bellevue University and a counseling intern who is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. She brings an empathetic, curious, and collaborative approach to her work, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences and develop effective coping skills.
